3. Eligibility

4. Accounts & Access

All payments made for Premium access are final and non-refundable. This includes cases where you do not use the platform, use it only partially, purchase by mistake, or later decide that you no longer want the service.

- submit content that you have the right to use or upload;

Disclaimer: AI-generated feedback on iELTIFY is for educational and practice purposes only. It is not an official IELTS score and does not guarantee any exam result.
We aim to provide useful, high-quality feedback, but AI-generated analysis may sometimes be incomplete, imperfect, or different from human examiner judgment. You should use platform feedback as a study aid, not as a substitute for official testing or professional advice.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to iELTIFY, such as writing responses, feedback messages, or testimonials. However, by submitting content, you grant us a limited right to store, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate the platform and provide the requested service.
If you submit a testimonial, review, or comment, you also allow us to review, edit for clarity or length, and publish it on the platform or related promotional materials, unless you request otherwise.
9. Privacy
